Denise and Lester Alter believe that a glazing company built on integrity, fairness and quality workmanship has a place not only in Southern Idaho but the greater region in general.

This philosophy has helped D & A Glass become a leader in the architectural glass field specializing in commercial/industrial curtain wall and storefront design.

Although the company has grown and capable of tackling the largest construction jobs, D&A Companies firmly believe there is no job too small and continue to remain in contact with customers even if the need is to replace just one window.

In 2010 the Alters expanded their business to include door and specialty hardware services and installation establishing D&A Door & Specialties Inc.

In 2012, a new building was built and both companies moved into the same building.

In 2018 Denise and Lester made the decision to sell D&A Glass Company Inc and D&A Door & Specialties Inc to the employees making D&A Companies a 100% Owned ESOP.
